Delivery Options

At Levelup Techstore, we prioritize the fast and reliable delivery of customer orders. However, please note that delivery times are estimates and we shall not be held liable for delays. If the customer fails or refuses to accept the delivery, Levelup Techstore reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, and the customer shall be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result.

The goods are at the customer’s risk from the moment of delivery. Upon receiving the goods, customers must inspect them and notify Levelup Techstore of any defects within three (3) days. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the goods in good order.

Payment

The price must be paid by the customer in full, without deductions for any set-off or counterclaims, by the specified payment date. Unless otherwise stated, all product prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings.

Customers are responsible for all taxes associated with the purchase, delivery, and use of the product or services. Delivery costs are included in the total price.

Levelup Techstore reserves the right to change product prices without notice and modify or discontinue services at any time without liability to the customer or third parties.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at our discretion by posting updated terms on the website. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.

Return Policy

Levelup Techstore gladly offers refunds or credits for goods returned within three (3) days, provided the goods are in original condition and packaging. This excludes special orders, hardware, peripherals, and clearance items. Defective products due to manufacturing faults must be reported within 24 hours for a return to be processed.

Returns outside Nairobi should be communicated with Levelup Techstore for facilitation. Products sold or delivered as sealed are non-returnable, and manufacturer warranties will apply.

A credit note for the full purchase price may be issued for returns within 48 hours, given the goods are in original, resalable condition. Returns made after 48 hours but within five (5) days may still be eligible for a credit note. A minimum 15% handling fee may apply for goods that are not properly packaged. Original invoices must accompany all returns, and no credit will be issued for returns made more than three (3) days after purchase.

Warranty Information

Products sold by Levelup Techstore are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers.

Products have a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise. The warranty becomes void if the serial number is missing, the item is tampered with, or written on. Defective hardware can generally be exchanged within seven (7) days if reported promptly. After this period, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed.

Manufacturer Warranty

For items with a manufacturer warranty, customers are required to take them to the warranty center in Nairobi CBD for faster service. Levelup Techstore will not be liable if the manufacturer does not cover the warranty claim. UPS units have a manufacturer warranty, and Levelup Techstore guarantees them for the first seven (7) days.

Dealership Warranty

Products with a dealership warranty do not carry a valid East African manufacturer warranty, as they are intended for sale in other regions.

Customer Acknowledgement

The customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by placing an order with Levelup Techstore. All goods are supplied under these terms only, and no agent or employee of Levelup Techstore has the authority to alter them.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

Our VAT is charged at the Kenyan rate of 16%. All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of VAT.
